【摘要】  目的 建立藕节炭中3-表白桦脂酸含量的测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：Lichrospher C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)；流动相：乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸(75∶25),流速：1 mL/min；柱温：30 ℃；检测波长：207 nm。结果 3-表白桦脂酸的进样量在0.365 4～3.654 μg范围内线性关系良好,r＝0.999 6,平均回收率为98.83%,RSD＝2.47%。不同地区市售藕节炭中3-表白桦脂酸的含量最高为0.575 8%,最低为0.048 3%。结论 本法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为藕节炭中3-表白桦脂酸的含量测定方法。

　　Abstract：Objective To establish a method for the content determination of 3-epibetulinic acid in Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal.
