10. shipment:

the sellers shall ship the goods within the shipment time from the port of shipment to the destination. transshipment is allowed. partial shipment is not allowed.12

运输：卖方应于交货期内将合同货物从装货港运到目的港，不许分批，允许转运。

11. shipping advice:

the sellers shall, immediately upon the completion of the loading of the goods, advise by fax the buyers of the contract no., commodity, quantity, invoiced value, gross weight, name of vessel and date of delivery etc. in case due to the sellers not having faxed in time, all losses caused shall be borne by the sellers.

装运通知：卖方应于装货后，立即用传真将有关合同号、货物、数量、发票价值、毛重、运输工具名称、交货日期、货物预计抵达日等资料通知买方。如果由于卖方未能通知买方而造成的所有损失均由卖方承担。

12. guarantee of quality:

the sellers guarantee that the commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, brand new and unused, and complies in all respects with the quality and specification stipulated in this contract.

13. claims:

damages occur in the course of operation by reason of inferior quality, bad workmanship or the use of inferior materials, the buyers shall immediately notify the sellers in writing and put forward a claim supported by inspection certificate issued by the state administration for entry-exit inspection and quarantine of p.r.c. .the certificate so issued shall be accepted as the base of a claim. the sellers, in accordance with the buyers' claim shall be responsible for the immediate elimination of the defect(s), complete or partial replacement of the commodity or shall devaluate the commodity according to the state of defect(s), . if the sellers fail to answer the buyers within one month after receipt of the aforesaid claim, the claim shall be reckoned as having been accepted by t
