| 大鼠胚胎背部皮肤发育过程中毛囊干细胞的发育初探 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨大鼠胚胎背部皮肤毛囊干细胞的发育规律。 方法 使用冰冻超薄切片后固定，结合免疫组织化学染色方法（IHC），显示出毛囊干细胞的位置和发育程度，然后对医学阳性程度表达区域使用软件分析和统计方法处理。 结果 大鼠胚胎背部皮肤呈现逐渐增厚的趋势，其中毛囊隆突区并不明显，但可明显观察到三种干细胞标记物在皮肤全层，尤其是基底层的表达变化。 结论 形态学观察说明毛囊发生初期毛囊干细胞(hair follicle stem cell, HFSC)不仅仅定位于毛囊上段，三种HFSC标志物的表达有差异。背部皮肤基底层细胞具有干细胞特性，未分化为表皮细胞或者毛囊中的各种细胞。β1integrin，CD34和K15的表达变化可能与毛囊干细胞以及毛囊的生物学特性有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the development of hair follicle stem cell in developmental rat embryo dorsal skin. Methods Frozen section and immunohistochemistry were used to investigate the expression of β1integrin, CD34 and K15. All the expression data was detected by software called Image pro plus, and then the data was analyzed. Results Embryo dorsal skin became thicker gradually without bulge region significant, but the expression of stem cell markers, β1integrin, CD34 and K15 changed obviously in each stage of developmental rat dorsal skin. Conclusion The results of morphology suggest that hair follicle stem cells (HFSCs) do not localize in upperhair follicle in early stage of hair follicle morphogenesis. The expressions of three stem cell markers were different. Especially, basal layer cells in dorsal skin exhibited stem cell characteristics without differentiating into epithelial cells or other types of cell in hair follicle. The expression of stem cell markers may be correlated with characteristics of hair follicle and hair follicle stem cells.
