螺旋CT立体象素成像在腰腿痛诊断中的应用 |

【摘要】 [目的]探讨多层螺旋CT螺旋(MSCT)立体象素成像在腰腿痛诊断中的价值。[方法]136例患者,分别行腰椎螺旋扫描和椎间盘轴层扫描,对数据处理,观察分析两者扫描的图像,比较诊断结果及其差异。[结果]两者诊断准确率无明显差别,但前者发现椎间孔变窄和神经根受压的能力比后者强;在非椎间盘病变发现中,前者与后者发现病例数之比分别为,椎小关节病变63∶52,椎弓根崩裂10∶5,脊柱结核8∶3,脊柱肿瘤12∶6,两者比较存在显著差异。[结论]MSCT立体象素成像,不仅能对椎间盘病变准确的诊断,而且还能发现常规轴层椎间盘扫描所遗漏的腰椎其他疾病。

Abstract:[Objective] To explore the value about multislice spiral CT scanning with threedimensional pixel image in lumbocrural diseases.[Methods] The 64slice spiral CT images of 136 patients with lumbocrural pain were retropectively,respectively to spiral scanning and axial scanning,and threedimensional image reconstruction to the spiral scanning data,to observe the images,analyse the images,compare the diagnosis and the differences.[Results] Compared the line axial intervertebral images of reconstruction and direct scanning of 136 patients,in noninterverbral disc disease,threedimensional pixel lumbar spiral scan imaging and simple axial tomography disc were found in a ratio of the number of cases respectively,the small vertebral joints disease 63:52,crack pedicle 10:5,spinal tuberculosis 8:3,spinal tumors 12:6;comparison between the two was of significant differences.[Conclusion] MSCT scanning not only has more accurate diagnosis on intervertebral disc disease,but also discovers else disease of the lumbar that conventional scanning axis layer imaging of intervertebral disc is left out,improving the detection rate of disease cause about low back pain.
