草地早熟禾和麦冬对酸雨的抵抗能力初探 |

中国论文联盟*编辑。 摘要:以草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)和麦冬[Ophiopogon japonicus(Thunb.)Ker-Gawl.]为材料,通过配制二氧化硫溶液,连续15 d喷洒,来模拟酸雨环境,观察试验前后绿地质量、测定叶片中叶绿素相对含量、硫含量,以比较两种草本植物对酸雨的抵抗能力。结果表明,模拟酸雨环境后,绿地质量有一定程度的下降;但草地早熟禾叶片硫含量显著增加,麦冬叶片硫含量变化不明显;草地早熟禾的叶片叶绿素相对含量变化差异不显著,而麦冬在试验前后的叶片叶绿素相对含量变化差异显著。说明草地早熟禾对酸雨的抵抗能力强于麦冬。 关键词:草地早熟禾;麦冬;模拟酸雨环境 Preliminary Study on the Resistance to Acid Rain of Poa pratensis and Ophiopogon japonicus LIU Rui-huaa,JIN Yi-minga,WANG Yong-yanga,YIN Shu-xiab (a.
