浅论中国经济法实践中社会力量的缺失

【摘要】本文从对“经济行政法说’’的批判入手,引入了对市场与政府之外“第三种力量”的思考,进而引进了“第三部门”的概念｡笔者力图寻找中国几千年来“强国家,弱社会”,社会力量严重失住的原因｡
