agnose accordance rate, detection rate located coincident rate and absorbent gland metabasis rate were compared. Results The detective rate of colorectal cancer was 64.5%，92.6%，94.1% and 88.9%，the diagnose accordance rate was 50.6%，83.6%，89.6% and 80.2%. The difference of detective rate and diagnose accordance rate were significant (P＜0.05) between Bultrasound and the other three, but the located coincident rate had no difference（P＞0.05）. The detective rate of metastasis in lymph node by Bultrasound was obvious different with spiral CT（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Bultrasound was applicable to examine the metastasis in parenchymatous organ airbarium double contrast examination. could judge the locate of the tumor accurately. Colonoscopy was the most effective method for the diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma. Spiral CT could show the pathologic change and confirm the range of carcinoma infiltration and metastasis，also was greatvalue for choosing operation.
