【摘要】 目的 比较砂仁盐炙前后 “缩尿”作用的差异。方法 应用水负荷小鼠尿多模型，观察砂仁盐炙前后的“缩尿”作用。结果 盐灸砂仁低剂量对缩尿有显著性作用，并且作用优于生砂仁及盐灸砂仁其他各剂量组。结论 从药理实验初步证实了中药炮制理论“盐炙入肾”的正确性。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the differences of the effects and clinical applications between before and after processing. Methods The different effects in the arresting polyuria effect of Amomum villosum Lour fructus before and after stirheating with salt solution were observed. Results The stirheated Amomum villosum Lour fructus at lowest dose perform significantly in decreasing volume of urination and the effect was better than other groups at different doses.Conclusion The effects of arresting polyuria of Amomum villosum Lour fructus before and after stirheating with salt solution are different, preliminarily interpreting the scientific connotation of the theory for “The stirheated drug with salt solution acts on kidney, and kidney governs water”.

砂仁为姜科植物阳春砂Amomum villosum Lour的干燥成熟果实，药用部位为种仁。砂仁生品辛香，主归脾，胃经，具有化湿行气，温中止呕止泻，安胎的功能；盐炙后引药入肾，主归肾经，辛温之性略减，温而不燥，降气安胎作用增强，并能引药下行，温肾缩尿。炮制后的归经和作用都发生了相应的改变，但目前，对其炮制作用仅仅局限在“盐味咸，咸入肾，寒咸润燥”的传统理论，尚缺乏科学内涵的解释。本研究以砂仁盐炙前后功效和临床应用不同的特点，应用水负荷小鼠尿多模型［1］，观察砂仁盐炙前后的“缩尿”作用的差异，旨在初步阐明其炮制机理和科学内涵,促进炮制学科的发展。现将实验结果报道如下：
1 材料
1.1 实验动物
小鼠，昆明种，一级，体重18～22 g，雄性。由成都中医药大学实验动物研究中心提供。动物质量合格证：SCXK（川）200411号。
1.2 实验仪器
小鼠代谢笼、JJ200电子天平（感量0.01 g，常熟市双杰测试仪器厂）。
1.3 实验药物
生砂仁（crude Amomum villosum Lour fructus,CALF)：取药材，去壳取仁，粉碎粗颗粒，制成砂仁供试品。
