【摘要】  目的  探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(Hypoxiainduciblefactor-1α,HIF-1α)、热休克蛋白70(heat shock protein 70，HSP70)在肝细胞癌中的表达及其与癌转移的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学技术检测48例肝细胞癌中HIF-1α、HSP70的表达。结果　48例肝细胞癌HIF-1α阳性率为70.8%,强表达10例,中度表达14例,弱表达10例,无表达14例,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05)。Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ-Ⅳ级VEGF阳性细胞数三组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05)。患者癌转移者与无癌转移者HIF-1α、HSP70比较有显著性差异(P <0.01),HIF-2α表达与肝细胞癌恶性程度呈正相关(rr=0.726,,P <0.05)。HSP70与HIF-2α表达呈正相关( r=0.726,P <0.05)。结论 　HIF-2α与HSP70表达有相关性,HIF-1α、HSP70与癌转移有关, HIF-α与HSP70联合检测有助于判断肝细胞癌患者的预后。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the expression of Hypoxiainduciblefactor-1α(HIF-1α) and  heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in hepatocellular carcinoma, the relation between the expression and metastasis.Method: The expression of HIF-1αand HSP70 in 48 patients of liver carcinoma was detected via immunohistochemical analyses.Result:The HIF-1α-positive out of 48 patients was 70.8%,including 10 higher expression, 14medium expression, 10 lower expression and 14 non-expression patients,which was siginificantly higher than the controls(P <0.05). VEGF-positive cells among Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ~Ⅳ grade were obviously different(P <0.05).The expression of HIF-1αand HSP70 of the patients with metastasis were siginificantly distinguished from those with no metastasis(P <0.01). and the expression of HIF-2α was positively associated with malignant degree(rr=0.726,P <0.05).The expression of HSP70 and HIF-2α was positively related(rr=0.726,P <0.05).Conclusion: The expression of  HIF-2α is correlated with that of HSP70,and HIF-1αand HSP70 are associated with the metastasis. The combined detection of HIF-1αand HSP70 contribute to judge of the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
