| 血必净对全身炎症反应综合征的治疗作用 |

【摘要】 ：［目的］探讨血必净在阻断全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）向多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）发展中的作用。［方法］60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，对照组接受常规补液抗感染治疗，治疗组在实验组用药基础上静脉滴注血必净50ml,12h1次，连用7d。常规监测患者的心率（HR）、呼吸频率（RR）、体温（T）、白细胞计数（WBC）、C反应蛋白(CRP)、SIRS症状改善时间以及MODS的发生率、病死率。［结果］治疗组T、RR、HR、WBC以及CRP改善情况明显优于对照组（P<0.01或P<0.05），转为MODS者较对照组明显减少（P<0.01），病死率也明显减少(P<0.01)。［结论］血必净注射液能调控机体炎症反应过程，明显改善SIRS症状，阻断SIRS向MODS的发展，对非感染性因素引起的SIRS具有同样作用。

Abstract：［Objective］ To evaluate the value of XueBi Jing injection in hindering systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) from proceeding to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).［Methods］60 patients were randomly divide into routine treatment group (n=30) and XueBi Jing treatment group (n=30).Both groups were given routine treatment, while the XueBi Jing treatment group were given XueBi Jing injection in addition. Temperature (T),heart rate(HR),respiration rate(RR),white blood cell(WBC) and serum C reactive protein(CRP) were observed every day. The duration of SIRS, the incidence of MORS and mortality were also compared. ［Results］ T, RR, HR, WBC and CRP were reduced significantly in XueBi Jing treatment group than routine treatment group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The incidence of MODS and mortality was lower in XueBi Jing treatment group than other group (P<0.01). ［Conclusion］ XueBi Jing injection significantly relieves the inflammatory symptom and signs of SIRS, inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines and enhances the antiinflammatory cytokines in the treatment of SIRS. It can effectively prevent SIRS from proceeding to MODS.

全身炎症反应综合征指各种感染或非感染因素作用于机体，引起各种炎症介质过量释放和炎症细胞过度激活而产生的一种病理生理状态，血必净注射液可以对抗血清内毒素，抑制肿瘤坏死因子的失控性释放，清除机体内炎症介质，并使机体自身免疫反应恢复［1］。今将血必净注射液应用于ICU内危重的SIRS患者，效果满意，现报告如下。
