摘要：国际金融危机继续扩散和蔓延，全球经济增长明显放缓，国内经济下行压力逐渐加大。金融危机给农业产业化龙头企业发展造成极大的困难和和问题，出现企业生产成本上涨幅度大，人民币升值造成出口企业在结汇后实际销售额严重缩水，利润空间越来越小。全球经济下滑，居民购买力大幅下降，造成企业订单萎缩，销售额减少。银根紧缩，加大了龙头企业的融资难度。龙头企业面对当前的金融危机应认清形势，及时调整经营策略，努力抢占先机，发挥企业的主业优势，走科技兴企道路，实施品牌带动战略，开拓多元化市场。政府部门要加大对龙头企业的政策扶持力度，与企业一道共渡难关。

Abstract:The international finance crisis continues to proliferate and to spread,the global economy grows postpones obviously,the domestic economical downward pressure enlarges gradually.The financial crisis develops for the agricultural industrial production main item enterprise causes the enormous difficulty and with the question,appears the enterprise production cost rise scope to be big,the Renminbi revaluation creates the exportation enterprise after the settlement of exchange the actual sales volume serious synaeresis,the profit space getting smaller.The global economy glides down,the inhabitant purchasing power large drop,creates the enterprise order form to wither,sales volume reduction.The money market reduced,has increased the main item enterprises financing difficulty.The main item enterprise should understand the situation clearly facing the current financial crisis,adjusts the management strategy promptly,seizes diligently takes the initiative,the display enterprises principal work superiority,walks the science and technology to be popular business path,the implementation brand impetus strategy,the development diversified market.The government department must enlarge to the main item enterprises policy support dynamics,altogether tides over the difficulty together with the enterprise.
