炎症细胞因子与心力衰竭研究进展

细胞因子是细胞受内、外环境变化刺激后分泌的一组功能性蛋白分子，其家族成员包括肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白细胞介素(IL)、干扰素、集落刺激因子、生长因子、趋化因子家族等。细胞因子主要参与激活信号转导通路、增加细胞内信使水平、激活转录因子、诱导编码基因等生理和病理过程。在众多炎症细胞因子中，起主要作用的是TNFα、IL1β、IL6、TGFβ、IL10。炎症细胞因子级联反应对于心衰的发生、发展具有重要作用。研究表明，其可降低心肌收缩力及心输出量，促发自发性功能障碍、胰岛素抵抗、内皮损失及血液高凝状态等〔1〕。心衰时炎症细胞因子增加，其水平是判断心衰严重程度及预后的指标，抗炎治疗可降低高危患者心衰的发生率〔2，3〕。本文由中国论文联盟
