【摘要】microRNA(miRNA)是一类长度约为22个核苷酸的非编码小分子RNA,主要参与基因转录后水平调控,它通过与靶mRNA完全或不完全的互补配对,促进目标mRNA降解或抑制蛋白翻译。近年来,大量与肿瘤发生相关的miRNA相继被发现,参与人类肿瘤形成的多条信号通路,同时提出miRNA可作为肿瘤 治疗 的潜在靶点。本文就miRNA在肿瘤研究方面所取得的最新进展作一综述。 【关键词】miRNA 微小RNA 肿瘤发生 肿瘤治疗 Advances of microRNAs in Cancer Research He Liu-yuan, Xu Xiao-hong. Medical Laboratory, Hefei Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Hefei 233000, China 【Abstract】MicroRNA (miRNA), a kind of about 22 nucleotides non-coding small molecule RNA in length, which is mainly involved in post-transcriptional gene regulation, promotes target mRNA degradation or inhibits protein translation through complete or incomplete complementary pairing of mRNA. In recent years, a large amount of tumor-related miRNAs have been found and participate in multiple signal pathways of human cancer formation. Meanwhile, it is reported miRNA can be used as a potential target of cancer treatment. This review will present the advances of miRNA in cancer research.
