| 浅谈典权与我国农村土地流转的契合 |

摘 要:如何充分高效地利用有限的土地资源是中国三农问题的核心所在。我国在土地流转过程中存在较多问题。试从典权制度与我国其他一些相类似的法律制度的区别来说明典权制度是一条解决公有制条件下私权主题进入农村土地市场难题的有效路径,在赋予农民农村集体土地所有权的基础上,更好地获得土地承包经营权流转。

Abstract:As China is a large agricultural country, how to make efficient use of limited land resources naturally becomes the core of China’s three agricultural issues.
