| 工程监理行业发展中的问题与建议 |

中国论文联盟*编辑。摘要：我国实行工程监理制以来，工程监理在建设领域发挥了巨大的作用，但也应看到工程监理行业发展中的一些问题。这需要进一步规范监理制度，完善监理相关法规，建立良好的监理行业秩序，同时也要求监理单位不断提高监理人员自身素质和业务水平，从而使我国的工程监理行业得到健康地发展，在社会基础建设过程中发挥更大的作用。
Abstract: Since China’s implementation of construction supervision, construction supervision has been playing a significant role in the field of construction, however, we should also see the problems in the development of the construction supervision. It requires further standardizing the supervision system, improving the supervision of the relevant laws and regulations, establishing a good order of the commissioner of the sector, and also requires supervision companies improving thEir quality and professional level, to make China’s construction supervision healthily developed and play a greater role in the social infrastructure.
