高温胁迫对海带配子体生长和生理的影响 |

f Laminaria japonica had little change under 20 ℃.When the gametophytes were cultured 1 day at 25 ℃, the contents of the physiological indexes ascended except for chlorophyll a.When the gametophytes were cultured 1 day under 28 ℃ and 30 ℃,the content of chlorophyll a descended obviously,the cellular contentshrunk and separated, the pigment of the cell faded, the cytomembrane was ruptured after 3 days, huge amounts of cells died after 5 days. Key words: gametophytes of Laminaria japonica; high temperature stress; growth; physiological index 海带(Laminaria japonica)在中国的养殖规模与产量均处于世界首位,养殖区域从中国北方沿海一直延伸至南方福建省沿海,其栽培面积也在不断扩大。随着海洋污染和温室效应等环境条件的恶化,海带养殖面临着逐渐升高的温度条件。海带是冷水性藻类并以配子体形式渡过夏季高水温期,因此,在实际育种生产中需要培育和筛选出耐高温的新品种。目前,关于温度对海带配子体影响的报道主要集中在生长发育方面,曾呈奎[1]研究得出,海带生长发育的最适温度都在20 ℃以下;李晓捷[2]指出,在15 ℃条件下海带配子体克隆生长速度最快,其致死温度为25 ℃。除此以外,有关高温对海带配子体生长和生理的影响未见报道,其抵御高温的机制亟待研究。本试验以海带配子体为材料,在不同的高温胁迫下观察记录其生长状态,测定叶绿素a、脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量和POD活性随时间的动态变化,揭示海带配子体受到高温胁迫时,其生长状态和细胞生理指标的变化,为探讨海带配子体适应高温胁迫的生理变化提供上一页 [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] 下一页 |
