平流层通信技术在军事通信中的应用

摘要：由于平流层通信平台具有高度稳定、长时间驻空、准静止、可承载一定规模有效载荷等特点。与卫星通信和地面蜂窝系统相比，平流层通信系统具有费用低、部署快速、地面设备少、使用灵活、通信质量好等特点，其应用在军事中是一个新的突破，已经引起越来越多国家的重视。

　　Abstract: High-Altitude Platforms (HAPs) have the following characteristics:stabilization; persistent stay;fixed position;scales of payload. Compared with satellites and terrestrial cellular system,HAPs have the lower cost,rapid deploy,less ground-based infrastructure, flexibility and better communication quality.The high capacity services is bring increasing demands in the military. More countries have paid attention to the area.
