摘要：随着计算机技术和通信技术各自的进步，以及社会对于将计算机结成网络以实现资源共享的要求日益增长，计算机技术与通信技术也已紧密地结合起来，将成为社会的强大物质技术基础。通信技术和计算机技术的融合发展促进了网络的通信发展。通信网络为计算机之间的数据传送和交换提供了必要的手段，而计算机技术渗透到通信网络中，又提高了通信的各种性能。
