摘要:近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,以及现代管理理念与方法的广泛应用,我国建筑工程行业现已基本实现科学化的管理模式,并逐步向更为具体化、客观化、现代化的方向全面发展。在我国建筑工程行业的现代化管理工作中,工程预结算是工程造价管理工作的重点内容之一,工程预结算的管理是否合理、有效,将直接关系到建筑工程项目造价工作的进展与效果、工程的整体施工进度、建筑物的质量,以及工程项目经济收益与社会效益是否能够得以实现等诸多问题,必须引起相关部门与工程造价管理人员的高度重视。在工程预结算管理工作开展过程中,管理人员一定要认清现阶段工程预结算工作中存在的问题与弊端,并结合工程项目资金运用的实际情况,适时加以有效的控制措施与方法,逐步革新与完善我国工程项目预结算工作的管理效果,促进其在工程项目建设中发挥更大的作用与意义。

　　Abstract: In recent years, along with social economy’s fast development, as well as the modern management idea and the method widespread application, our country architectural engineering profession already basically realized the scientific management pattern, and gradually to concrete application, objectification, modernized direction full scale development. In our country architectural engineering profession’s modern management work, the project pre-settlement is one of building cost of projects supervisory work key contents, the project pre-settlement’s management is whether reasonable, is effective, direct relation architectural engineering project construction cost work progress and effect, project whole construction progress, building’s quality, as well as engineering project economic gain and social efficiency whether can be able to realize and so on many questions, must make the related department and the building cost of projects administrative personnels takes seriously. In the project pre-settlement supervisory work development process, the administrative personnels certainly to clearly recognize in the present stage project pre-settlement work exists the question and the malpractice, and unify the engineering project utilization of capital the actual situation, at the right moment performs the effective regulatory measures and the method, innovates and consummates our country engineering project pre-settlement work gradually the management effect, promotes it to play the major role and the significance in the engineering project construction.
