摘要: 我国股票市场自其成立至今一直动荡不安，我国的上市公司也存在着"第一年绩优，第二年绩平，第三年亏损，第四年ST, 第五年PT"的奇怪现象。本文拟借助于经济学的有限理性理论，来分析阻碍上市公司成长的诱因，并找出解决问题的思路。
