1 他汀类药物保护心肌的功能
他汀类药物是目前首选的最基本的调脂药物，能有效降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)和提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)，延缓、减小及稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块，已广泛应用于冠心病一级及二级预防。近来大量研究发现，他汀类药物具有调脂之外的保护心肌的功能，主要表现在以下几个方面。
1.1 减轻心肌初始缺血损伤和再灌注损伤，改善心功能 辛伐他汀可剂量依赖性地延迟因缺氧诱导的新生心肌细胞的坏死。Gheorghiade等〔1〕对有心肌梗死和冠状动脉搭桥术病史，且有心衰症状，体征的70岁男性患者，给予辛伐他汀20 mg/d，后逐渐增至80 mg/d，12 w后，患者症状明显改善，重复心脏磁共振显示，左室收缩能力有整体改善，左室射血分数由26%增至36%，左室舒张末容积从230 ml降至153 ml。介入
