阿尔茨海默病(AD)是多种发病因素共同参与的异质性疾病，主要涉及Aβ沉积、Tau蛋白过度磷酸化、炎症反应、Aβ促进细胞凋亡、神经细胞钙稳态失调和自由基代谢异常、AD相关基因突变及多态性、雌激素水平下降、铝中毒等机制〔1〕。其中，炎性反应是AD核心病理机制，炎症介质促进了AD的发生与
