Results:Compared with the model and placebo groups,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ALT and AST were dramatically decreased in the medium and high dosis subgroups of the Shugandaozhuo complex prescription group(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and HDL-C was increased(P<0.01);adipose degeneration and inflammation was degraded as compared to the model group.
Conclusion:Shugandaozhuo complex prescription may ameliorate the adipose degeneration and inflammation in the liver of rabbits by regulating serum lipids and improving liver function.
