【摘要】  目的: 研究钒化钠对小鼠成纤维细胞NIH3T3细胞株细胞周期蛋白（Cyclin）D1表达的影响,探讨钒化钠在细胞生长中的作用机制。方法:以体外培养小鼠成纤维细胞NIH3T3细胞株为研究对象,给予0、0.1、1.0、5.0、10.0、100.0、200.0μmol/L钒化钠,培养4小时后,用Western blot技术检测小鼠成纤维细胞NIH3T3细胞株Cyclin D1表达情况。结果:5.0、10.0μmol/L钒化钠组培养4小时后,Cyclin D1蛋白表达均增高；100.0、200.0μmol/L钒化钠组培养4小时后，Cyclin D1蛋白表达均降低。结论：钒化钠可通过上调和下调Cyclin D1的蛋白表达的双重作用,来影响细胞的生长。
