ts： After application for 4 hours, as compared with the control, sodium orthovanadate at the dose of 5.0 or 10.0 μmol/L induces the expression of Cyclin D1 significantly whereas at the dose of 100.0 or 200.0 μmol/L, it causes the reduction of cyclin D1 expression. Conclusion: Sodium orthovanadate may affect the growth of NIH3T3 cells through the bi-directional control of cyclin D1 expression including both down-regulation and up-regulation.

细胞周期蛋白（Cyclin）D1是1991年发现的细胞周期蛋白,在静止细胞中不表达,经刺激因子刺激后表达增加[1]。Cyclin D1是调控细胞周期依赖性蛋白激酶(CDK)的主要成分,它通过对视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白（Rb）的灭活作用,使细胞从G1期顺利进入S期,促使细胞持续增殖[2]。近年来，已有学者证实低剂量的钒化钠促进细胞生长分裂，高剂量的钒化钠引发Cyclin D1水平的急剧下降[3]。本实验系统地研究不同浓度钒化钠对小鼠成纤维细胞NIH3T3细胞株Cyclin D1表达的影响,探讨钒化钠在细胞生长中的作用机制。
