| 口服黄体酮胶囊在促排卵周期黄体支持的临床应用 |

【摘要】 目的探讨口服黄体酮胶囊在促排周期中黄体支持的作用。方法回顾性分析 102例促排周期病例，根据不同黄体支持将患者分为两组，A组采用口服黄体酮胶囊进行黄体支持;B组采用注射黄体酮进行黄体支持。结果两组妊娠率、流产率及血清孕酮(P)值比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论口服黄体酮胶囊在促排周期中进行黄体支持与肌注黄体酮效果相同，但口服黄体酮胶囊更为方便，无不良反应,易被患者接受。

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore of the effect of the patient undergoing in ovulation induction cycles using progesterone capsules as luteal support.MethodsThe results of 102 patients undergoing ovulation induction were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B . GroupA: oral progesterone capsules as luteal support ;GroupB: intramuscular progesterone as luteal support.ResultsThere were no statistically significant differences in pregnancy rates ,the abortion rates and serum P concentrations between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThe effect of progesterone capsules on luteal support is the same as intramuscular progesteron，on the other hand ,progesterone capsules is more convinent and no side [1] [2] 下一页 |
