【摘要】 目的 分析不同方法治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效和患者满意度。方法 采用回顾性调查原发性三叉神经痛患者的治疗方法、治疗效果和患者的满意程度。结果 药物治疗，手术治疗和神经阻滞疗法的有效率和复发率分别为88.16%,92.11%，91.30%和26.87%，15.79%,30.43%，均无统计学意义；患者对三种治疗方法的满意度也无显著性差异。结论 药物治疗，手术治疗和神经阻滞疗法治疗原发性三叉神经痛的治疗效果和患者满意度均较好，但远期疗效有待进一步评价。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy and degree of satisfaction of patients for idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia with different treatment methods. Methods The patients with idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were investigated by retrospective inquiry, including different treatment methods, therapeutic efficacy and degree of satisfaction. Results The effective rates and recurrence rates of medication, operation treatment and nerve block were 76.12%,87.50%,81.58% and 26.87%,30.43%,15.79% respectively. There were no significant difference between three groups. There was no significant difference in the degree of satisfaction between three methods of treatment. Conclusion Better therapeutic effect and degree of satisfaction can be obtaintd by the treatment of medication, operation treatment and nerve block,but the longterm effect of the three treatments for idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia needs further study.

三叉神经痛( trigeminal neuralgia)是一种以三叉神经分布区内反复发作的、短暂的阵发性剧痛为主要特征的神经性疾病。该疾病多发生于40岁以上成年及老年人。但是对于病因尚未完全明了，以面部三叉神经分布区反复发作的，短暂的剧烈疼痛，无三叉神经损害为主要体征的原发性三叉神经痛的治疗一直是医务工作者十分关注的热点问题。本文旨在探讨原发性三叉神经痛的治疗效果、预后和患者的满意程度,为该病的临床有效治疗提供参考依据。
1 资料与方法
1.1 资料
本院神经外科2004年1月至2006年12月期间诊断和治疗的原发性三叉神经痛患者128例。男性77例，女性51例，年龄分布在35～79岁，平均60.55岁，其中小于40岁者8例, 40～60岁者32例,60以上者88例。128例患者中有典型三叉神经痛病史者109例，其疼痛部位:左侧4 [1] [2] [3] 下一页 |
