AMP生产增多,继而激活蛋白激酶A(PKA),PKA能磷酸化位于顶体外膜的电压依赖性钙通道,后者使顶体内部的Ca2+释放至胞质中,引起[Ca2+]i 的升高[10]。
综上所述,一定剂量的雌激素在体外可提高正常人精子的运动能力,该作用可能是通过雌激素与精子膜上的雌激素受体结合后,升高精子内钙离子浓度以及激活腺苷酸环化酶信号转导途径而实现的。但是,雌激素是否还通过其它信号途径对人精子运动功能进行调节,胞内钙离子浓度升高的途径还有哪些,以及雌激素对不育男性精子运动力的影响等问题还有待进一步研究。
