【摘要】 目的 观察热毒宁联合抗菌药治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 将240例社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，各120例。对照组为头孢呋辛钠注射液治疗，治疗组为在头孢呋辛钠注射液治疗的基础上，加用热毒宁注射液静脉点滴，疗程10 d.结果 治愈率：治疗组为80 ％ ，对照组为60 ％ ；总有效率：治疗组为96.7 ％ ，对照组为80.8 ％；治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有显著性。在控制体温、呼吸道症状、体征、白细胞恢复天数上，治疗组明显短于对照组。结论 热毒宁联合抗菌药治疗社区获得性肺炎，可以提高疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the combined Reduning antimicrobial drug treatment of communityacquired pneumonia clinical efficacy. Methods 240 cases of communityacquired pneumonia (CAP) patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, the 120 cases.Cefuroxime sodium for the control group, injection therapy, the treatment group in the treatment of cefuroxime sodium injection on the basis of the added Reduning treatment injection intravenous drip, treatment for 10 days. Results The cure rate: 80 percent for treatment group, control group was 60 %; The total effective rate: 96.7% for the treatment group, 80.8% for the control group; efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group, there was a significant difference. In the control of body temperature, respiratory symptoms, symptoms, signs, the number of days on the restoration of leukocytes, the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion Reduning antimicrobial treatment of joint communityacquired pneumonia can enhance the effectiveness.
