【摘要】  目的  了解艾滋病病人中肺结核病的感染情况。方法  按国家标准确诊艾滋病病人并进行流行病学观察，按中国结核病控制项目要求确诊肺结核病并按方案实施全程督导化疗、复查、访视和登记。结果  本地区艾滋病人结核病的感染率为12.38%，抗结核治愈率为38.46%，治疗期间的死亡率为38.46%。结论  本地区艾滋病病人并发肺结核病的感染率低于国内其他地区。抗结核治疗效较好。早发现、早诊断、早治疗、早预防对控制艾滋病并发结核病具有重要意义。建立结核病与艾滋病防治机构的协作机制势在必行。

【Abstract】 Objective  TO understand the infection state of tuberculosis among AIDS patients.  Methods  The HIV positive cases in the first screening were confirmed by WB experiment. the AIDS patents who consulted clinic for symptom  were screened by the way of X-ray examination. TB complication patients were confirmed by sputum examination and treated using unified chemotherapy regimen. And the management of Dots were implemented. Results:  The incidence of AIDS with the complication of pulmonary tuberculosis rechecl  12.38% in this district , Cure rate was 38.46% , and that fatality rate was 38.46%, among anti-tuberculosis  treutment. Conclusion  in  fection  rate of tuberculosis with HIV/AIDS in this district was junior to other  ares, there is a higher effete of therapy with routine anti-tuberculosis drug. TB symptomatic in AIDS is major object for case early finding . diagnosing and treating . the detection of HIV infection be should be strengthened and effective management for pulmonary tuberculosis with HIV/AIDS be implemented.

        我县属偏远山区县，外出打工人员多，人口流动性大，同时属肺结核病高发地区，为了解决艾滋病患者中并发肺结核病的情况及发病趋势，建立和探索艾滋病感染肺结核病的治疗管理和预防与控制的有效机制，现将本地区2002年至2008年收治的13例艾滋病患者并发肺结核病报告如下：
