| 消灼汤治疗非淋病性尿道炎疗效观察 |

【摘要】 ：［目的］探讨消灼汤治疗非淋病性尿道炎（NGU）的临床疗效。［方法］118例非淋病性尿道炎患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组58例，治疗组采用自拟中药消灼汤加减合抗生素治疗，对照组仅用抗生素治疗，观察比较两组治愈率与症状消失率。［结果］治疗组愈显率(治愈+显效)为86.67﹪，对照组为63.79﹪，两组比较差异有显著性(治疗后症状消失率治疗组为81.25%对照组为46.80%，两组比较差异亦有显著性）。［结论］消灼汤配合抗生素治疗非淋病性尿道炎优于仅用抗生素治疗。

Abstract：［Objective］To explore the integrative medicinal therapy for non-gonococcal urethritis(NGU) in order to elevate the therapeutic effect for patients and search for the method to reduce the application of antibiotics.［Methods］Sixty patients with NGU were treated with Xiaozuo decoction combined with antibiotics, and other 58 patients were treated with antibiotics alone for control.［Results］The cure rate and significant rate were 86.67﹪(52/60) and 63.79﹪(37/58) respectively in the treated group and the control group, it was significantly different between the two groups.The disappearance rate of symptoms was 81.25%（39/48）and 46.80%(22/47) in the two groups, and it was also significantly different.［Conclusion］The therapeutic effect of NGU treated by antibiotics combined with Xiaozuo decoction is better than that treated with western medicine only.

非淋病性尿道炎（nongonococcal urethritis，NGU）属性传播疾病，约40%～50%是由沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis，CT)引起， 约20%～30%由解脲支原体(ureaplasma urealyticum，Uu)感染引起［1］ 。近几年我们采用中药消灼汤加减结合抗生素治疗本病60例。现报道如下。
1 临床资料
1.1 一般资料
选自2004年5月至2007年12月间，在我院门诊诊治的118例NGU患者。 年龄19～55岁，发病2d～6个月不等，其中102例(86.44%)有不洁性交史。118例患者中95例均出现不同程度的尿痛、尿频、尿道灼热感、异痒、尿道口脓白分泌物溢出，晨起糊口现象，23例患者无明显症状，皆在个人主动要求做性病检查时发现病原体阳性，经筛查诊断为NGU。随机分为两组：治疗组60 例，平均年龄(30.22±5.32)岁，平均病程(51.33±14.16)d，混合感染率为23.33%(14/60 )。对照组58例，平均年龄(31.14±6.41)岁，平均病程(49.43±15.11)d，混合感染率为20.68%(12/58)，两组患者的年龄，病程，混合感染率经统计学处理，差异均无显著性(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
