【摘要】 ［目的］探讨莫沙必利联合选时穴位按摩与心理治疗对便秘型肠易激综合征的影响。［方法］选择便秘型肠易激综合征患者86例，随机分为治疗组43例和对照组43例；对照组给予莫沙必利5mg/次，3次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予择时选穴按摩与心理治疗。［结果］治疗组便秘治疗的总有效率为86.0%，显著高于对照组60.5%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。［结论］莫沙必利联合选时穴位按摩与心理治疗治疗便秘型肠易激综合征疗效优于单用莫沙必利，适于临床应用和推广。

Abstract：［Objective］To evaluate the effects of mosapride combined with acupressure at selected time and psychotherapy on constipationpredominant of irritable bowel syndrome.［Methods］A total of 86 patients with constipationpredominant of irritable bowel syndrome(CBS) randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group(n=43) and the control group(n=43). Every patient in the study was diagnosed CBS according to Rome II criteria. Patients in control group took mosapride (5mg，tid) and in treatment group acupressure at selected time and psychotherapy were givn besides mosapride.［Results］The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.0%，which was superior to that of the control group(60.5%)(P＜0.05) ［Conclusions］The therapeutic effects of mosapride combined with acupressure at selected time and psychotherapy on CBS is superior to those with mospride only. The methods should be practiced and recommendated in patients with CBS.

肠易激综合征（Irritable Bowel Syndromes，IBS）是一种常见的功能性胃肠病，以腹部不适或腹痛伴排便习惯和大便性状改变为特征，且无任何器质性病变或生化指标异常。按其临床特点可分为：腹泻型(DIBS)、便秘型(CIBS)和腹泻便秘交替型(AIBS)。我们采用莫沙必利联合选时穴位按摩与心理治疗治疗CIBS取得了良好的疗效，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 选择2006年3月至2008年4月来我院就诊的CIBS患者86例，随机分成治疗组、对照组，每组43例。治疗组：男15例，女28例，年龄(33.8±13.1)岁，平均病程(5.1±2.3)年；对照组：男18例，女25例，年龄(35.3±14.7)岁，平均病程(5.4±2.6)年。两组在性别、年龄、病程上差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
1.2 治疗方法 对照组患者给予莫沙必利5mg/次，3次/d，于餐前15～30min口服;治疗组予莫沙必利口服联合择时选穴按摩与心理治疗。择时选穴按摩：选择每日6：00按摩双侧合谷穴，每次15min，连续4周。要求取穴正确，手法由轻到重，以患者有酸、麻、胀、痛感为度。心理治疗：每例患者就诊时，心理疏导与健康教育不少 [1] [2] 下一页 |
