摘要: 一些实验研究及临床资料证明,有些抗菌药尤其是β-内酰胺类抗生素在 治疗 革兰氏阴性菌感染时,有诱导大量内毒素释放的副作用,在临床上可能引起或加重内毒素血症。不同类型抗菌药诱导内毒素释放的程度与其对不同类型青霉素结合蛋白(PBP)的亲和性有关,抗菌药与PBP3或PBP2结合所造成的内毒素释放的量较高。因此在抗菌药的研究设计中,除了要考虑其杀菌效力外,还应考虑可能诱导内毒素释放的问题。在败血症治疗中也应采取合理的治疗方案,以防止或减轻内毒素血症的发生。本文由中国论文联盟[7] Dofferhoff ASM, Buys J.
