【摘要】政治课教学历来是一项枯燥的工作，学生，家长不重视，教师教得很辛苦，学生学得很痛苦。为打破课堂教学的沉闷现象，优化课堂教学，提高学生素质，调动学生学习积极性，有必要对政治课进行有效教学的问题设计。特别是在全面推进素质教育的今天，在新一轮基础教育课程改革到来之际，更显得迫切和必要。

【Abstract】The political lesson teaching is always an arid work, the student, the guardian does not take seriously, the teacher teaches very much laboriously, the student studies very much painfully. In order to break the classroom instruction the sad phenomenon, the optimization classroom instruction, improves the student quality, transfers the student to study the enthusiasm, it is necessary to carry on the effective teaching to the political lesson the question design. Specially in comprehensive advancement education for all-around development today, when new round elementary education curriculum reform arrival, appears is urgent and is essential.
