【摘 要】屋面工程渗漏是建筑施工行业的一大质量通病，轻则影响美观，重则影响使用功能和寿命，屋面一旦渗漏，难以解决，因此用于屋面渗漏维修和翻修的费用相当惊人。所以有必要对工程屋面渗漏问题加以重视，文章对卷材防水渗漏的原因及防治方法进行了探讨。
