芹菜雄性不育两用系01
bel inflorescences had no obvious difference. A large umbel inflorescence opened during over 22 days from appear the period of the flower bud to all flowers opened. The succession of different grade large umbel inflorescence developed from outer little umbels to inner little umbels,same as in little umbels, and there was a certain degree of overlap between two grade umbels. The number of single-flower opening in the morning was more than in the afternoon. It took more than 10 days from single-flower separated to petals fell.

  雄性不育是指植物在有性繁殖过程中不能产生正常的花药、花粉或雄配子的遗传现象[1]。利用雄性不育系作为母本,与其它花粉发育正常品种进行杂交组配,不仅能够保证很高的种子杂交率,而且还可以免除大量繁杂的人工杂交操作,因而利用雄性不育系进行杂交育种已经成为许多农作物新品种选育的重要途径[2]。由于在芹菜上发现并利用雄性不育系开展杂交育种研究刚刚起步几年时间[3-5],许多方面需要不断探索与完善。本试验以芹菜雄性不育两用系01-3AB作为试验材料[6],对其开花习性进行较为系统地观察[7],旨在为今后更加科学高效地利用这类材料进行规模化杂交制种提供理论依据与技术参考。
