海南旅游俄语人才培养模式初探

　摘 要 随着国际旅游岛建设步伐的加快，海南这块举世瞩目的热土吸引着越来越多的俄罗斯及中亚游客。俄罗斯已经是海南的第一大国外客源地。海南旅游俄语从业人员人数众多，海南省也有多所高校及培训机构也开设旅游俄语相关课程。本文就自己的切身体会，谈谈对海南旅游俄语人才培养模式的认识。

　　AbstractWith the pace of international island tourism, this remarkable land of Hainan attracts more and more tourists in Russia and Central Asia. Russia is the largest country outside the source region of Hainan. The large number of Russian employees Hainan Tourism, Hainan Province, and there are many universities and training institutions set up tourism-related courses in Russian, this article on his personal experience, talk about the understanding of Russian training model in Hainan tourism.
