浅析市政交通工程项目安全预评价的特殊性

　【摘要】市政交通工程项目因所处社会、地理环境的特殊性，其建设过程和运营的安全要求很高，安全预评价需要有其特殊的评价因素要求，本文及主要阐述在安全预评价过程中的主要程序和特殊内容，为项目审批、设计、施工和运营各个环节安全管理提供参考。
