中西药结合治疗小儿高热惊厥60例临床分析论文联盟*

　　【摘要】目的：探讨中西药结合治疗小儿高热惊厥的临床疗效和特点。方法：回顾性分析2000年1月至２010年12月60例高热惊厥患儿的临床资料，将之分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，治疗组为采用中西药结合疗法的患儿资料，对照组为单纯采用西药疗法的患儿资料。结果：治疗组止惊、开始退热与完全退热的时间均优于对照组。结论：中西药结合治疗小儿高热惊厥疗效优于单纯采用西药疗法，值得临床推广应用。
