临床医学创新教育与可持续发展

摘要：近几年来， 创新教育理论研究与实践取得了突破性进展， 现代建构主义理论得到高度重视和实践运用， 教育体制与教育模式、教育方法、教育手段发生了深刻的变革。我们在运用现代建构主义理论为框架， 开展创新教育理论研究与实践过程中， 在医学本科生临床理论课教学和临床见实习带教教学、研究生教学方面， 取得了一定的经验和进展， 并认识到开展创新教育直接影响到医院可持续发展。

　　Abstract: in recent years, the innovation education theory research and practice made breakthrough, modern constructivism theory get attention and practical application, education system and education mode, education method, the education method changed. We in the use of modern constructivism theory as a frame to develop innovative education theory research and practice, the medical students in clinical theory class teaching and clinical practice and teaching teaching, see teaching graduate students, and have some experience and progress, and realize the innovation education directly affects the sustainable development of hospital.
