【摘要】  目的 探讨脉冲式封管在静脉留置针输液中的应用。方法 选择2009年1月至10月六安市人民医院神经外二科住院治疗的100例脑外科患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组运用脉冲式封管法，对照组则以缓慢均匀推注法，观察两组患者的静脉及输液情况。结果 观察组留置针的静脉炎和堵管发生率远远小于对照组，而输液速度快于对照组。结论 脉冲式封管对保护静脉留置针在输液中的应用效果明显。

　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss application of pulsetype tube in vein infusion.Methods We chose 100 patients treated in thoracic surgery department,Liuan People’s Hospital ,from January to Octomber in 2009.The patients were divided into observation group and control group with each 50 examples，the observation group utilized the pulsetype tube，the control group were with slow and uniform bolus，observed patient’s veins and the solution situation of two groups.Results Phlebitis and plugging the incidence of the observation group was lower than control group，but infusion speed was more rapid than the control group.Conclusion The pulse typetube sealing to protect the vein needle has obvious application effect.
