【摘要】 目的 观察持续封闭负压引流（vacuumsealing drainage,VSD）技术治疗复杂创伤性皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 对2007年2月～2008年8月临床收治的23例复杂创伤性皮肤软组织缺损行手术清创，应用持续封闭负压引流敷料覆盖创面，吸引器持续吸引治疗6～8天后，拆除敷料行二期植皮术。结果 23例患者中21例患者使用VSD治疗后行二期植皮全部成活； 2例患者行两次VSD治疗后植皮全部成活。结论 VSD能彻底清除创面的分泌物和坏死组织，刺激肉芽生长，明显缩短创伤性皮肤软组织缺损的治疗时间，减轻换药痛苦，效果显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the vacuumsealing drainage technology on complicated traumatic skin and soft tissues defect.Methed 23 complicated traumatic skin and soft tissues defect patients from Feb.2007 to Aug.2008 were enrolled in this study. VSD dressing was used in all patients to cover wounds after surgical debridement. Suction was working continuously in the following 6 to 8 days,then the dressing was removed and secondary dermepenthesis was performed.Result All the skingrafts survived in 23 patients ,2 of 23 patients accepted two VSD treatments.Conclusion VSD treatment can significantly accelerate healing of traumatic skin and soft tissues defects by draining the wound surface completely and stimulating the proliferation of granulation tissue.It can shorten the course of disease and reduce the pain for dressing change.

复杂创伤性皮肤软组织缺损是临床医生在工作中面临的难题，一方面患者承受着多次换药的痛苦、病程长、花费高，另一方面无休止的换药增加了医护人员的工作量，且治疗效果不显著。作者通过使用VSD技术治疗复杂创伤性皮肤软组织缺损，明显缩短了治疗时间，减轻了病人的痛苦，降低了住院费用，疗效显著。
1 资料和方法
1.1 临床资料
自2007年2月～2008年8月采用VSD治疗复杂创伤性皮肤软组织缺损23例。男17例、女6例； 创面分布于小腿、足踝、前臂、手部，其中骨外露者3例。平均年龄38岁。
