【摘要】  ［目的］观察雷公藤联合丙基硫氧嘧啶对毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿的治疗效果。［方法］将57例Graves病患者随机分治疗组（n=34）和对照组（n=23）。两组均给予丙基硫氧嘧啶（PTU）治疗，维持1.5～2年，治疗组加服雷公藤，连续服用6个月。［结果］治疗组的总有效率91.18%，明显高于对照组的73.91%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组治疗后TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4水平较治疗前明显降低，TSH较治疗前明显升高，治疗组甲亢高代谢功能改善明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组心率水平较治疗前明显降低，体重较治疗前明显增高，治疗组心率改善明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。［结论］雷公藤联合丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗Graves病疗效满意。

　　Abstract: ［Objective］To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Tripterygium wilfordi combined with Propylthiouracil in treating graves disease (GD).［Methods］ 57 patients diagnosed GD were randomly classified into two groups.Both groups were given PTU for 1.5～2 years the treatment group added the drugs of Braun capsule,taking six consecutive months.［Results］ The total efficiency of treatment group was 91.18percent,significantly higher than the control group (73.91%),had a significant difference (P<0.05);TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4 lower than before treatment in the two groups,compared with before treatment the TSH levels significantly increased,the treatment group hyperthyroidism high metabolic function improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);heart rate levels were significantly lower than before treatment,body weight was higher than before treatment,the heart rate improvment of the treatment group significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);two groups had no obvious adverse reactions.［Conclusion］GD treated by Tripterygium wilfordi combined with Propylthiouracil could attain satisfying curative effect.

　　Graves病(Gravesdisease,GD)又称弥慢性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)或弥慢性毒性甲状腺肿,是甲亢中最常见的类型［1］。目前,Graves病的治疗方法主要有药物治疗、放射性碘治疗及手术治疗。在国内,患者对Graves病的治疗选择仍然以药物治疗为主。本文以丙基硫氧嘧啶（Propylthiouracil,PTU）为对照组，观察雷公藤联合PTU治疗Graves病患者34例，疗效满意，报道如下。

　　1.1  一般资料  选择57例确诊为Graves病的初发病患者（参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的诊断标准）［
