lies CDA to investigate the connotations, adaptation and process in the discourse production reflecting ideology, national identity and orientation of value of culture in legal acts. It attempts to explore China’s active application of the strategies in Chinese discourse to social change, based on constructing “ harmonious society ”, for the purpose of demonstrating the strength in the flexibility of language concerning the government’s tackling with Taiwan issue, that is, the nonutterances hidden in the utterances, which is of great significance in resisting western discourse of hegemony and build favorable international discourse.

本文将话语文本——《反分裂国家法》（以中文版为主）的话语技巧与邀请台湾国民党前主席连战、亲民党主席宋楚瑜和其他在野党访问大陆以及两岸互动（社会实践和变化）结合起来，探索意识形态（以儒家思想为基调）下的民族身份构筑。把文本与话语事件结合起来，是因为话语分析本质上是把语言看成活动和社会实践。
