摘 要： 墨西哥一党制威权政体的民主转型呈现出渐进性、长期性、平和性等特点，这主要是由于墨西哥的威权统治者在缓解合法性危机的过程中综合运用了政策调整和政治结构改革两种工具。具体而言，就是墨西哥革命制度党通过国家干预主义政策、新自由主义政策和政治结构的渐进调整塑造了墨西哥民主转型的特殊路径。对墨西哥民主转型过程的考察分析表明，公共政策是长期以来被民主化研究遗忘的视角，但却是一个重要的视角。中国论文联盟*编辑。

Policy Adjustments and Democratization in Mexico

Abstract: The democratization of Mexican one Party-dominated authoritarian regime is gradual, long-term and peaceful. The reason why it exhibited these characteristics is that the governors used both policy adjustments and political structure reforms. In detail，the PRI shaped the peculiar democratization way by State intervention policies, New-liberal policies and political structure reforms.
