| 浅析影响师生感情沟通的因素 |

中国论文联盟*编辑。【摘要】现代教育，要求教师不仅教书，更要育人。要育人，必须首先了解学生，而要了解学生的前提是缩短与学生之间的感情距离，做学生的知心朋友。这就是师生之间的感情沟通，师生之间的感情沟通，教师是主要方面，起主导作用。经过12年的教学生涯，本人总结了几条影响师生感情沟通的因素：一、跟学生接触少；二、对学生缺少热情；三、做事不认真；四、缺乏兴趣爱好；五、偏爱；六、不善将人心比己心；七、讲话不注意；八、对学生关心体贴不够。
