摘要: 电力工程施工质量管理是企业决策者和广大安全工作者面临的思考,并且直接关系到电力施工企业的生存发展的问题,电力工业是国家经济发展的发动机,电力产品的稳定供应事关国家稳定和发展,而电力产品的稳定供应必须依赖于大量优质的电力工程来支撑。施工是形成电力工程项目实体的最后过程, 本文结合电力工程项目的建设特点和技术要点，分别就电力工程项目的工期、质量和成本等三个基本要素进行了阐述。
