| 医院药学如何适应现代医院发展的需要 |

【摘要】目的：探讨促进医院药学发展的办法与措施。方法 分析医院药学的现状、存在的矛盾及面临的形势，提出相关建议。结果 绝大多数医院药剂科目前仍是药品供应与经营型，存在管理体制不顺，设人才结构不合理等，难以适应现代发展的需要，临床药学缺少实践应用。结论 医院药学要适应现代医院发展的需要，医院管理者和药学工作者必须转变观念和服务模式，积极争取和倡导药剂师下临床。不断积累更好服务于临床的工作经验。
