Research Advances on The Development of Raspberry Dairy Products

Abstract：The development of new raspberry dairy products may catch consumer much favour because of raspberry’s various healthcare function. This paper gives a brief account on the progress of raspberry from such aspects as nutritional value, healthcare function as well as development and utilization, next the limitations that existed in development and utilization are pointed out at present, then the present situation of development and research on the raspberry dairy products are emphatically expounded, and its developing prospects is also proposed.
