【摘要】 目的 利用淋巴管内皮生长因子受体3(vegfr3)检测胃癌组织内微淋巴管密度(mld),研究其与增殖期细胞核抗原(pcna) 及临床因素之间的相关性。方法 采用免疫组化法,以vegfr3 (又称flt4) 为标记物,检测60例胃癌淋巴结转移组织内mld与增殖期细胞核抗原(pcna) 蛋白及临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果 胃癌淋巴结转移组织vegfr3阳性率和mld明显增高;胃癌组织中mld与pcna之间呈正相关。结论 vegfr3可促进肿瘤微淋巴管生成,vegfr3和mld的表达可能与胃癌的淋巴结转移相关。

abstract:objective to detect the lymphatic microvessel density(mld) in gastric cancer by lymphatic endothelial growth factor receptor3(vegfr3) and to study the correlation between the proliferating cell nuclear antigen(pcna) protein and clinicopathological factors.methods vegfr3 was used as a marker to detect the expression of mld and pcna protein in 60 cases of gastric cancer tissues by immunohistochemical method.results the positive rate of vegfr3 and mld were significantly increased in gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis,and there was a positive correlation between.mld and pcna in gastric cancer.conclusion vegfr3 might promote microtumor lymphangiogenesis,and vegfr3 and the expression of mld may be related to lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.

肿瘤的侵袭和转移是患者死亡的重要原因之一。LOcAlHost胃癌早期以淋巴转移为主,晚期才发生血行转移。尽管淋巴管在胃癌转移中的作用非常明确,但因长期未发现明确的淋巴管内皮标记物和淋巴管生成因子,使人们对胃癌淋巴管生成(lymphangiogenesis)的研究相对滞后于胃癌血管生成(angiogenesis)。淋巴管内皮生长因子受体3(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor3,vegfr3)是vegf基因家族成员vegfc的受体,主要在淋巴管内皮细胞和单核细胞系造血细胞中表达。因此,vegfr3可作为淋巴管内皮细胞的标记物,以区别于血管内皮细胞[1,2]。本实验采用免疫组化法和图片分析法,检测胃癌组织中vegfr3和微淋巴管密度(microlymphatic density,mld)的表达并探讨其与增殖期细胞核抗原( proliferating cell nuclear antigen,pcna)及临床病理因素之间的相关性。
